1. Founder of the counseling center
2. Developed the existing special education program into a professional one.
3. Planned and conducted the professional development program at Ataya New School
4. Established the center for the support of parents with troubled children.
5. Started the school directors monthly meetings for schools in Beirut area for the purpose of joining efforts in providing quality education.
